Original Architectural Style

The Eynesbury Master Plan caters for an aesthetically pleasing assortment of dwellings, with a mix of free-standing and semi-detached family homes, townhouses, villas and rural homesteads.

The quality of construction and style of architecture will be maintained through a series of practical Building & Design Guidelines developed to ensure uniform standards that maximise the visual appearance of the neighbourhoods and protect property values by preventing indiscriminate building of inappropriate housing designs.

In order to maintain attractive streetscapes, most houses will have raised front verandahs with short setbacks from the footpath, reinstating the front yard’s value as usable space by once again becoming a transition zone between indoors and outdoors. Houses with conventional driveways and street fronting garages will have their garage set back from the house fascia, adding to the visual appeal of the neighbourhood.
