Telstra Velocity Launch
Eynesbury has just been connected to state-of-the-art optic fibre cabling with the official launch scheduled for Sunday 19 October 2008.
The Eynesbury Township will be hosting the official launch of connections to the Telstra Velocity™ network with a family fun day to be from 10am until 3pm.
Eynesbury will be the first residential estate to offer residents a rural setting on the fringe of the city with state-of-the-art telecommunications technology through the installation of the fibre optic cabling network Telstra Velocity™.
Telstra Velocity™ provides greater bandwidth than other internet services, resulting in multiple internet connections, greater flexibility and higher download speeds.
Residents will have access to the benefits of lightening fast BigPond© broadband internet, crystal-clear digital free to air TV, FOXTEL pay TV and the Telstra NextG mobile network.
Bring the entire family along for a full day of fun including competitions and games with great prizes, a jumping castle, face painter, clown and barbeque.
Telstra representatives will be onsite to answer any questions and provide live demonstrations on what this fantastic technology provides Eynesbury residents on the Eynesbury Media Centre.
